1. Participation & Conduct

a) The Power Pulse is a supportive, inclusive online space for remote workers, creatives, and solopreneurs. By participating, you agree to engage respectfully and maintain a focus-friendly environment.

b) Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from events or programmes without refund.

c) Use of cameras or microphones during live sessions is optional unless otherwise specified, though encouraged to foster a sense of connection.

d) Some sessions may include brief check-ins or optional networking. Extended conversation or unrelated activity should take place outside of designated focus time.

2. Technical Access & Responsibility

a) All sessions are conducted virtually. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and functional device prior to joining.

b) While we aim to provide a seamless experience, technical issues may occasionally arise. If a session is cancelled or significantly disrupted due to our fault, an alternative date or option may be offered.

c) Access to events, links, and reminders is typically managed through our booking partner (OfferingTree) and sent via email. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.

d) Sharing event links or login credentials with others is not permitted unless explicitly allowed.

3. Bookings, Memberships & Cancellations

a) All bookings (including memberships and one-off sessions) are processed via OfferingTree and are subject to OfferingTree’s own Terms & Conditions.

b) Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your participation.

c) You may cancel your membership or individual booking at any time. Payments are non-refundable, including for missed sessions.

d) Memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled before the next billing date.

e) One-off bookings are valid only for the selected date and time.

f) If you need to reschedule a one-off session due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us ([email protected]) and we will do our best to help, but rescheduling is not guaranteed.

4. Mailing List & Communications

a) By booking or subscribing, you consent to receive email communications including session reminders, event updates, and community news. You may unsubscribe at any time, though this may affect your ability to receive important notifications.

b) We follow GDPR regulations and respect your rights to access, correct, or delete your data.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

a) The Power Pulse website does not process or store your payment information. All bookings are managed securely through OfferingTree.

b) We take your privacy seriously. Personal information provided through our site or via OfferingTree will never be sold or shared with third parties.

c) Group sessions are not recorded unless clearly stated in advance and agreed to by participants.

d) You agree not to record or share any personal or sensitive information shared by others during sessions.

6. Programme Changes & Terms Updates

a) We reserve the right to make changes to our offerings, schedules, or these Terms & Conditions. Updates will be published on our website, and your continued use of the platform implies agreement to any changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

a) We are not responsible for business interruptions, loss of income, or other damages resulting from participation in our offerings.

b) Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the most recent billing period or one-off session.
